Join us for this easy social ride.

This ride starts at 9:00 am but we ask you to please arrive 15 minutes early for a prompt departure.

Route

Start Point: Treasury Car Park, Langton Crescent, Barton

Join us for a scenic and social 17.5km ride starting from the Treasury car park in Barton. We’ll cruise past iconic landmarks like the National Library and Portrait Gallery, then wind our way through the charming streets lined with autumn colours. The route takes us by the historic Kurrajong and Brassey Hotels, through Barton, Manuka, and Griffith, before reaching the vibrant Kingston Foreshore.

From there, we’ll follow the lake’s edge to the National Archives Constitution CafĆ© for a relaxing coffee stop. After enjoying some time together, we’ll loop back to finish where we started, at Treasury.

About our easy rides

Pedal PowerĀ EasyĀ SocialĀ RidesĀ are designed for less experienced riders and those returning to cycling or anyone lacking confidence riding in a group.Ā All rides will aim to stay within an average pace of 15-18km/h.

AllĀ ridesĀ are conducted by an accredited social ride leader and they will have an end rider. Depending on the experience and capabilities of the group, the ride may have regrouping stops along the way.Ā Ā 

At the end of the ride, enjoy a cafƩ stop with your fellow riders!
